Exit High St Kensington tube station  

Turn left and immediately cross over the road at the traffic lights. 

Walk up Hornton Street by Lloyds bank. 

Take first street on right (Hornton Place) and then first left into the Drayson Mews. 

Sprint Physiotherapy is at the top of the mews on the left
